The whole experience was disappointing, mainly because the reviews were so good. They changed between nail techs at least 3 times whilst doing my nails. And before the nail technician had even finished my nails, he started doing someone elses, leaving me to dry them for way longer than needed. The nail tech claimed he could do the coffin nail shape, but actually gave me square nails, when I tried to correct him, he just made them more square. The nails look alright but they are definitely are not worth the price.
