The salon manager was very friendly and the actual waxing was very thorough, however the therapist didn’t speak English and couldn’t even direct me to the treatment room in English. She also used a mix of hot wax and wax strips which was an unusual method and she waited in the room as I undressed for the treatment rather than outside.

I always have a great experience at this salon. The treatment is great quality and done in good time. Great selection of colours. The staff are always keen to ensure you get the treatment and experience you want.

Technically good, except way too rough with drill on the nails, some of the products used are questionable... my nails are ruined. Hygiene levels are non existent, scary!
