I originally had an appointment at 4pm and I called to ask if they had availability at 3pm. they told me to come in that it was free.once I got there it was PACKED and had to wait 50 minutes to get my nails done!
The technician did not take away the previous color completely and when she applied the new one she did not cover up the old color fully, forgot some sides and shape them awful. When I brought it up she tried fixing, although it was not a good result.
