The Manager on the day was not very helpful or effective. She wouldn’t entertain being able to offer or accommodate anything other than a single nail colour as I came in wanting a multicoloured nail finish. If you wanted anymore than one colour there was an additional charge per additional colour which is outrageous when other salons nearby offer this within the standard cost. A lady also came in with an issue to report from her last pedicure and was just dismissed by the manager. The manager offered no apology, dismissed the lady and as I was literally sat next to them having my treatment it was really badly handled and has put me off ever returning.
The staff generally were more interested in talking amongst themselves across the whole salon than with their own clients.
The finish was fine but not what I actually wanted
