Staff constantly on their phones while doing nails. Masks are not made mandatory and social distancing with staff/ other customers is non existent. Nails last no longer than a week and USA Star Nails are not willing to do anything to help

Neither my acrylic nor my manicure lasted more than a day. No apology when I called but rather they made excuses and tried to blame me. I spent over £50 that day and for no reason. Horrified at the experience and I am never going back.
