Was booked in for manicure and pedicure. The gentlemen who did this for me took over 2 hours and made multiple mistakes. There were so many chatting / not with customers and they should have started my manicure at the same time to avoid being in the salon for 2* hours.

Annoying having the manager push vouchers against Amazon purchases for reviews. I don’t come to a salon to have a relaxing treatment to be sold something unrelated to the salon and products that I don’t need and would never purchase.
