Neither my acrylic nor my manicure lasted more than a day. No apology when I called but rather they made excuses and tried to blame me. I spent over £50 that day and for no reason. Horrified at the experience and I am never going back.

I didn’t get the manager as requested. Looks like lots of new staff. Most annoying thing is that they play Vietnamese singing shows (or Rap Viet) on the TV which is so intrusive and I’m sure none of their customers are remotely interested in.
