I don’t know if the lady was having a bad day but she was incredibly rough with me, dragging my arms and hands across the table, shoving it to different angles and then aggressively slashing my cuticles even after I’d asked her to be more gentle. She seemed almost annoyed when I mentioned how I liked them painted and I left unhappy with the nails (badly finished) and the way I’d been treated. I’ve been a customer for years but won’t go back now.

The person was lovely, however, the job was v. messy. I booked a pedi & mani - no cream or oils were applied to my hands, my nails weren’t filed properly either they feel brittle at the ends (my hands are very dry after the removal of nail varnish) - I was then basically rushed out the shop (I was one of the last clients) my nails were still wet which was annoying I couldn’t even put my coat on On my way Home.
Really sad as I enjoy going there but this experience wasn’t it.
