On Feb I went to USA star nails for a manicure and wax.
The wax lady was off sick so they gave me a voucher for £9 Since i did not receive the service.
Lockdown came, so I couldn’t use the voucher. I went abroad and just came back.
I went today for a pedicure try to pay with the voucher and they said I couldn’t since it was too old.
I feel that you robbed me. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive and now because the small letter in the voucher says is valid for 3 month l can’t have my £
