The experience was good but the results have been awful. I did the manicure on Saturday, and they were ruined by Monday. The just did one layer even though I asked them to do more than one. Maybe the quality of their products is not the best. Really disappointed with this place

My nails have already cracked and chipped off the man who did my nails cut my cuticles and made me bleed then blamed it on me not looking after my nails I have tiny cuts all over my hands. Awful customer service and charged me £6 extra for nail removal as they said the prices on Treatwell were wrong.

They took the booking too close to their closing (after having pushed my original booking later) so rushed the whole manicure. Nails are a mess and the technician broke my nail using the electric buffer. Would never return what a waste of money.
