I've been going to USA star nails for years and have been super disappointed with my experience the past few times. Service was terrible - my technician was rude to me throughout and I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. She refused to do my nails the way I had asked - length and colour. Then I had paid via treatwell and had email confirmation of this which I showed, but the manager refused to let me leave the salon despite reviewing my payment confirmation.
