The person doing my nails was very nice and polite and did a really great job (young man - didn’t manage to catch his name) however the experience of the salon itself was very hostile and other customers were having issues. I had paid on treatwell prior to my treatment and the manager didn’t want to accept that this was true and wanted me to pay extra in cash

Waited for 45 mins to be seen, the nail tech didn’t know what he was doing and they didn’t have the colours I wanted. My nails are lumpy and bumpy.

Although my nails turned out nice my experience was not great. They kept on saying yes to customers even though they did not have enough staff. This resulted in them stopping and starting my nails and going to other people.
