Without finishing my nails the nail technician started to work on another customer. And shouted across the shop for me to change hands under the heater!!!
I paid online to then be told I owed more money as their prices were not up to date.
My appointment was delayed by half an hour (for the second time). No one apologised or told me when I would be seen to. Multiple people came in during this time asking for their nails to be fixed because their manicures had only lasted a few days.
Such a bad experience. So chaotic, way too many appointments at the same time. People working on multiple people at the same time and you’re left waiting. Had already paid but was told I owed £5 more because Treatwell price list isn’t updated yet.
Terrible experience. the lady who did my pedicure was rude and inattentive, and the pedicure itself was half-hearted at best; cold water, rough etc. After a terrible pedicure, I then had to stand in bare feet, on the muddy floor
