I booked and paid for a shellac manicure. The manicure was very disappointing. The whole thing took 20mins and already my nails are chipped after 4 days. I regularly get shellac elsewhere and never had this problem.

This was a traumatic experience full of deception and greed. I handed them the amount of money listed on the website for 2 pedicures.
The man then said that the price was different and approximately £14 more. Despite me giving the full amount and tip he was very rude and unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable and unappreciated.
I will never go back there and they have lost a loyal customer of 4 years.

Absolutely terrible, the therapist cut me 3 times and I bleed! They were so rude.
Treatwell advised both treatments for a total of £54 and at the time of treatment I got charged
£66 /9 rude! And terrible

I usually have a good experience here but the person who did my nails this time was awful. She was so rough, thrusting my hands and feet around like they weren’t attached to my body, and she cut my fingers and toes multiple times with the sharp edge of the file. I paid for a manicure and pedicure but she didn’t touch my cuticles and spent about 10 seconds on exfoliating my feet. My finger shellac lasted 6 days before it started peeling and chipping. Very very disappointing
