Arrived at the salon with a pre-booked apt and waited 15mins on a table that had nail clippings on. When told I had booked the wrong thing, they ASSURED me I can get a refund via Treatwell but have told Treatwell I can’t! Terrible customer service

Unfortunately had a very poor experience. Incredibly rushed, so wasn’t really a manicure. They cut my finger quite badly because she wasn’t paying attention. I was left with polish all over my hands and at one point she tried to clip the polish off with cuticle clippers.

Salon is clean enough and staff are polite. Poor quality pedicure. No two toenails were the same shape or size; pretended to push cuticles without touching the nail bed. Scrub wasnt even cleaned off of my feet. Brushing was thorough on persistence.
