The pedicure/manicure is usually a good standard but I messaged in advance to check pricing & if they could do the colour I wanted. When I arrived they charged me extra £5 (this has happened a few times) and wasn't clear why, and they couldn't do the colour I wanted. Stuck for time so I got it done. You need to be careful what you book on Treatwell is what you actually get.

Not great value for money. Was charged more at the salon in person since they didn’t know what I booked. Then had many cuts on my hands from the cuticle clean up. Pedicure /polish lasted 3 days.

Extremely uncomfortable, the nail artist made advances at me and continued & persisted for over 40mins. I felt extremely uncomfortable and as a result I would absolutely never return. Extremely unprofessional and awkward experience.
