Boy technician got so upset about me asking to reshape my nails a bit that he furiously start filling them with such an anger I was absolutely terrified. I thought he might break them. He shouted rudely something in his language too. Awful&rude

I arrived only to be told that the therapist wasn’t working and to come back the next day which I couldn’t because I was going away the next day. They then left me standing there after I asked for a refund - which they then didn’t give me. Terrible.

I waited for 20 mins despite making an appointment and they asked me to wait for more time as they took walk in customers before me. Have been going to this salon for years now but after this incident I will find another salon, no regard for time
