I arrived a bit early for my appointment, but i didn't have to wait long before I was taken downstairs for my wax. The room was clean and well presented. The woman who waxed me was very nice and we had a steady conversation during the process. I was happy with the end result. Will definitely go back

Really lovely place and great location (for me, at least). the staff were lovely although they were VERY busy! That's good of course, but it takes away from the customer service. The staff were lovely - perhaps they could be a little bit more personable and connect more with the client. It can feel like you're part of a conveyor belt where their purpose is to get through as many clients as possible.
The manicure itself was great and the lady doing my manicure suggested I pay before putting on the polish which was a nice touch. Judging by the pedicure seats, the equipment is quite modern, which is nice.
I did enjoy my time there and will recommend to friends. I will book again through Treatwell.
