First time I've been to this salon and found the staff particularly helpful. I spoke with three different people, all of whom checked I was happy throughout my time there. The nails themselves are good too.

I had a swedish massage. The treatment room is very basic... a little dirty and the floor was wet from the lotion... the therapist barely spoke any English at all but once I laid down the massage was lovely. Really good value for money as I had an hour's massage. I would definitely go back.

I had been referred here by a friend who had great reviews so I am hoping mine was just a poor experience. When I arrived there was a problem with my Treatwell booking which caused lots of confusion. I am not sure if this was the reason but I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. The wax wasn't the greatest quality as I have never had a problem with wax being unable to remove hair and I have also recently had 8 X IPL sessions but they repeatedly tried to continue even though it wasn't working. I don't think the wax was hot enough. Unfortunately, I don't think I would return for this service.
