Even though I booked an appointment there was still quite a wait, I think I waited another 15to 20mins because it was so busy. Then when I finally got my nails done I realised that one of my nails the technician had filed down wasn't as straight as the others. Her excuse was it was because my fingernail curved on one side and was straight on the other...I couldn't b bothered to get her to do it again but even the infill was bumpy on some nails. I think the technician I went to wasn't that good but the place was clean and maybe if I used some one else it may have looked better.

Venue really clean and busy, mainly specialises in nails but I had booked in for a hot wax. Had booked it for hot wax which it mainly was, however she did use strip wax for some of it which wasn't ideal as I had booked it for hot wax because the strips are sensitive on my skin. Overall, the wax was fine given the price (£23) but as someone who is quite fussy about waxing I'd probably prefer to go somewhere that specialises in waxing. However, if you need a last minute, cheaper wax I'd recommend!

Not the best wax I've had - a lot of patches of hair left afterwards on both my inner thigh and the area its self. Usually my experience has been that the beauty therapist would get strays with tweezers afterwards but no attempt was made here. Staff seemed nice though.

I had a great shellac manicure from USA star nails. Great and friendly service with a smile and so many colours to choose from! Great value for money and excellent hand massage included - will definitely be going back !

Nice place, clean and bright and tidy. Friendly staff. Manicure was quite good. Came off after a few days but time taken over it and thorough drying ensured before I left.
