The member of staff was extremely slow and took over an hour for a manicure and shellac on short nails. Would go back and hopefully get a different member of staff.

Had to have a lengthy discussion with staff before my appointment as they did not believe that I had already paid via Treatwell. Surely there must be a way for them to see this on their booking system.
