It was not a pleasant experience. I had to wait for 15 minutes, it was quite hectic, staff members weren't focused on their job, there were constant distractions and they kept on leaving to look for tools, nail polishes etc. they didn't speak almost any english which made it difficult to communicate and I am not convinced about the cleanliness of the tools either. I might have given a better review regardless if the manicure stayed for 2 weeks, but only after 5 days, they are chipped. Disappointing.
