This is the worst waxing experience I have had, after having to wait 25 minutes for my appointment I was almost ordered downstairs to a smelly treatment room by an incredibly rude and impersonal employee. Not only was she rude but she was incredibly rough and almost aggressive whilst doing the wax, leaving me very sore. There were no niceties, I wasn't given the pleasure of undressing in private, the wax was far too hot but she simply slapped it on without asking if the temperature was okay. The wax itself was painful, badly done and I've been left with patches and very sore skin. Overall an absolutely awful experience and I definitely will not be returning, I would urge people to look elsewhere for waxing treatments, the value for money was appalling and the service was shockingly bad.

I have previously visited this salon and been pleased with the result. On this occasion, however, I came away feeling very disappointed with my shellac manicure. The manicurist did not listen to my request for a trim and shape and instead chopped my nails down to the finger and left them square and uneven. I did address this a couple of times but it was not rectified. They also left me with patchy colour and messy looking varnish. Overall, a very poor manicure.
