The staff always seen to be in a rush - possibly as they overbook?? They normally do a great job, however the shellac peeled off the tips strangely by Day 3 last time I went, thought I'd go this time for a normal polish but they seemed to have put me with a male manicurist who appeared to be very new at it and so not the best set of nails this time round either! My past experiences have been great though - cannot always have it your way I guess! But I would go back, as cheap, cheerful and quick!
