As a regular user of this salon, this trip I was disappointed. Had the usual nail extensions and colour, but this time it was a woman doing it, not the guy I had previously. And when she 'finished' the nails were still so untidy! She didn't understand that I wanted the edge of the nails, where the nail varnish touches my cuticles, to be neat. The varnish was on the skin around my fingers, she had made no effort whatsoever to neaten the nail varnish around the edge of the nails to make it look neat. Eventually someone else came over and fixed it but it took a very long time to get someone to understand what I was asking for, and also this is something i've never come across before, usually all salons will make sure nails are neat before you leave!

This was the worst experience ever. I wish for an immediate refund. My eyelashes where pulled out to begin with, my eyes where red and I was crying. Then I have never had eyelashes put on my eyes the way these were. My whole eye was glued together, the bottom lashes where glued to the top lashes, pulling half my bottom lashes out, I was crying and squeaking with pain. I was so so so upset, I can't even explain. Please transfer my refund as soon as possible. They where so so so rude, I'm so unhappy
