I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time before someone sat me down. The manicure itself and the finish was awful - I could have done much better myself. I certainly won't be going back to this salon for my next manicure

Awful experience. Waited 10 mins then had to keep asking about when my massage was going to happen before finally being led to a dirty room in the basement. The massage itself was the worst massage I've ever had. So painful - she kept putting the bony parts of her hands and arms onto the bony parts of my back despite me asking her 3 times to stop doing that. Not at all relaxing and the massage was only 50 minutes which actually ended up being a blessing. I'll never go back there again.
