Sadly manicure chipped within hours and completely ruined four days later. Spent half the appointment sat on a fold out chair with dryer on my lap because there was no table free. Staff insisted I go to the counter to pay when I had prepaid and sorted this with the receptionist on arrival. Not a very good experience this time around.

I was really pleased with the selection of colours and the final result. However, there was a 30 minute wait for my treatment. Although I had booked a time slot with a friend we weren't treated together or at the same time and the staff weren't very good at communicating the situation.
Gel Nails Manicure
Booked a full leg wax, had to wait a while and then the lady doing the waxing wasn't particularly friendly and I can't say it was the best waxing I've had - not only was it more painful than previous waxing at other places but she didn't hold the skin tight with other hand so pulled lots and left a fair few sticky patches of wax and hairs which I discovered once I got home. Have had many good manicures at USA star nails but won't be going back for waxing treatments again sadly,
