First time here was great - efficient, friendly and a well done pedicure. The second time, it was full and lots of people waiting, including me even though I had booked. The pedicure wasn't quite as I had asked despite showing the lady doing it a picture. The manicure was the same but it was done by a different lady who appeared to be put out by the fact that she had to give the manicure at all. The nails, again didn't look like the picture I had shown, despite it being a simple design. I had to ask someone else to sort it. Which they did. For a manicure and pedicure, I was in there for a very long time. Mainly because of the waiting time. Not enthralled by this experience but you seem to get variable service depending on who you get.

Great nail bars Gel nails last longer than any other nail bars I have been too. Can get really busy though sobook in advance!
