Very welcoming and friendly. Manicures to a very high standard at an affordable price. Was so happy and now going back for the 4th time. Wouldn't go anywhere else and they lasted 3 weeks from looking after them.

I had booked the wrong treatment but they gave me shellac instead which is what I wanted, my nail technician was amazing, she did each nail carefully and checked them over one by one to see if they perfect. Great job and lovely colour.

I found the salon really hot and could have really used with some air conditioning in the treatment room! But the staff were really friendly and the wax was good value compared to lots of other places in London

Got my acrylic nails removed here. What should have been a 20-minute process took 50 minutes because the woman removing my nails was also the one in charge of the front desk - so any time someone called the venue, walked in the door, or needed to pay, she would stop what she was doing and attend to them. Likely because of this, my natural nails were left uneven, i.e. some parts were buffed down too much, and others not enough and some acrylic was left on the nail. I pointed this out to her later on and she said they'd come off easily. It's been over a week and there are still bits of acrylic on my nails! Not happy with the experience and will not be coming back, even for their other services.
