I have been coming to this place for ages and the treatment has always been great but this time the lady tried to charge me £% extra saying that the Brazilian waxing doesn't include the cleaning of the back, which is insane, I have been doing the Brazilian waxing for 10 years and never heard anything like that. I pointed out that I had already paid online and that how I would have been supposed to know about this new rule. She was quite rude and eventually gave me the full waxing as if it was a favour. I haven't been charged more this time but I'll definitely find another place.
