What I paid for they didn't do - they gave me two cheaper options and didn't refund the extra money. I had booked in for 3.30 but the lady didn't show up until 4pm to start on my nails. In an empty salon they all sat around and spoke about me in front of me and watched me getting my nails done. The lady absolutely butchered my nails and filled off all the skin around my nails so my fingers are agony and I left with white coffin nails which were all wonky and pointing in different uneven directions. The nail beds are uneven and you can see my natural nail on the side. The worse experience I have ever had getting my nails done ever.
