Nice staff and atmosphere, but I was disappointed that on top of the £25 I paid for a shellac manicure I was charged another £5 at the venue to remove my old shellac nail varnish. This made the treatment quite pricey compared to other venues.

I went this place couple of times. They are always nice and friendly. Venue is clean also however this time i am very disappointed about the service ( staff attitude) i enjoyed the mani but a girl who is the supervise staff she was making me and the staff who serves me rush and make him finishes his business before he supposed to finish. After i had my mani 10 min later it all looked like undone ( nailpolish chipped) and she was rude to me at the till. She knew i booked through treatwell but she wasnt agreed the same money that treatwell offered me to pay. Its a good service but i think they need to train their staff about "customer service" thank you
