Very nice staff and I have in the past had good waxing here but on this occasion it wasn't so great, more painful and slow than usual. Would recommend strip wax rather than hot wax

You get what you pay for: or in this case, pay more for! Overcharged (i.e. the peak rate, not the one advertised), running 20 minutes late without apology, and reeking of chemicals.
But it's just that kind of place: - it's good value (even if not quite as much as advertised) and the manicure seems fine so far.
