Terrible service, technician made my fingers bleed 4 times and when I expressed my discomfort she was huffing at me and rolling her eyes. When I complained that this was not good service she shouted at me. I had to request a new technician half way through. The treatment was supposed to take 45 mins but actually took 1.5hours and therefore I missed another appointment. All in all a terrible experience and I will not be going back.

The gel nail treatment was good for the price, although the man doing them was a little bit rough and snappy. Sophia however was so super kind and attentive and friendly - she's a real asset to the store and made the visit enjoyable!
