The service was good as it always is. However it would be better if the staff let you know how long you had to wait as opposed to just asking you to take a seat when you walk in. Often making an appointment is pointless because they will just see you when they are ready. I would still recommend USA star nails though as they are good value

The Venue was extremely busy, therefore no extra care was provided, manicure was done while I was seated for my pedicure so couldn't relax as it was a bit uncomfortable. Waxing was at contrary great, the lady has been very nice, efficient and quite fast.
