I had a really bad experience here. If I could give zero stars, then I would. Firstly, the woman treating me did not know what a Brazilian was. I tried to explain it but she didn't understand. I paid for hot wax, but she used strip wax. She didn't pull my skin tight when pulling the wax off so it was incredibly painful. She only did 2 strips on the sides then told me I was finished - I asked her to please give me the Brazilian that I had paid for but she told me she had to ask her boss because I had to pay more. I tried to explain that I had already paid for a Brazilian, but she refused. She didn't even take the residue wax off with lotion, she put talcum powder on! So I went home half waxed, covered in sticky powder. It was awful. Do not go here.

Great venue- close the tube and easy to find. The massage was downstairs in a treatment room which was the perfect temperature and had a good ambience to it. The staff were friendly although they did seem surprised when I arrived despite my booking. The massage itself was lovely, the lady did a great job. Good pressure, the oil she used smelt nice, although note she does also give you a head massage which is great but you will need to was your hair straight away. It was a full body massage and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Would definitely go again.
