Had to wait 20 minutes with no explanation or apology, was well worth the wait though great massage. Room was a bit cold and could hear noise from nail bar outside room and upstairs. They do not take card payments unless you book online!

Felt really rushed. The gel all went on in about 5 minutes and not dried properly. Started chipping the next day.

Had to wait 15 minutes, no big deal but the place was so fumey it was unpleasant, then my beautician rushed the French manicure, the tips were messy, and she tried telling me she was finished after just one single coat of varnish, worst service won't be going back, whole place is grubby too
