I have been coming here for a couple of years and am always happy with the results. One thing that really frustrates me is if you get your nails done by one of the ladies who is also managing the front desk. You keep getting left mid mani as they answer the phone or take payments or answer queries from walk ins. It means your treatments takes twice as long and it really stunted

As far from relaxing mani pedi as you could imagine. Clearly under staffed and gave me an inexperienced junior who had no idea how to even operate the pedicure chairs. Took an hour just to get to the painting stage. At this point someone else took over to complete. Was passed to someone else for hands who kept telling me she was tired....to manage my expectations of the terrible job she was about to do. She gave up finally, another person took over AGAIN. Tried to rescue but after 3 hours I'd had enough. Deluded manager then offered me 20% discount off next treatment?!? At least three other people walked out through being tired of waiting whilst I was there.

The pedicure was what seemed a little rushed and I still came out with some hard skin despite asking the therapist to remove it.
I asked for the manicure to be done by a different person and it was brilliant. Different experience to my pedicure
Note: many of the polishes seem old, empty and thinned down

The staff don't speak much English, so conversations can be tricky. Have had gel nails done here before but it chipped in a couple of days, so wasn't very impressed. Got removal and normal manicure this time. Much happier- am on 5th day and no chipping so far. Not the best manicure I've ever had but good value.

No regard for bookings - even if you make one via Treatwell they haven't actually saved a spot for you, you join the queue with the walk-ins, waiting up to an hour (30 minutes on this particular occasion). Also very anti-credit card; if you book using a card on Treatwell you are told you're not allowed to have a stamp on your loyalty card. Is that even in line with Treatwell policy? Having said that, the manis and pedis are decent value.
