I think I got what I paid for here as it was cheaper then my usual place. However the therapist was shocking- could not get the previous shellac of my nails even though it usually comes of quickly so she filed like crazy and damaged my real nails quite badly. She also cut me while filing, causinf my finger to bleed and she just kept going waving me off when I yelped and tried to see my finger to look at the cut. She also asked me why I was white but from South Africa. Nails looked ok in the end, would hate to see how they look under the shellac though. Not the cleanest of tools.
