I go here regularly - the main thing that irritated me was that I had booked an appointment for 6:30pm and did not get my treatment until 7:10pm whilst others who hadn't booked or had later appointments were served. Not ideal! However the treatment was great as usual so will definitely be returning, just be prepared to wait!
