I booked my treatment for 9:30, arrived for 9:25..... Finally someone opened the store at 9:45!!!
I could not believe it...they were extremely helpful about my colour choice, however, they kept stopping my treatment to talk to other customers and also changed therapist halfway through. The treatment went on until 11am due to their lateness and many interruptions. For something which I see as a relaxing, treat this was neither of those and I was then in a rush for work.

Usually really good, but it was FAR too busy and almost everyone there was booked in. To be fair I went at 6.15 which is obviously their peak time, but it was like Piccadilly Circus, definitely not a relaxing experience. Part way through my nails they changed staff member who then put the wrong colour which had to be taken off.
I'd say if you go, do not go at peak times!
