This was not a great waxing experience. The tiny treatment room is in the basement next to the washing machine, when I went in I immediately noticed the paper cover on the bed was wet and dirty. The woman then asked me to take off my clothes and stood and stared at me as I did it, rather than giving me a bit of privacy like a professional. She barely spoke any English which meant she couldn't explain what she was doing or answer any questions I tried to ask.
The wax was boiling hot but again I couldn't tell her as she didn't understand me. She was bad at removing the wax and it was very very painful, far worse than any treatment I've had before.
Overall a bad experience.

Had to wait 30 mins, even though I had booked an appointment. And when I had my nails done they were not the same colour as the ones I picked, meaning I had to have a number of coats.
