There is no point in booking an appointment, I booked for 18:45 at 19:25 there were still 4 people with appointments for 18:45 waiting to be seen. The problem is they would rather see people who walk in without an appointment than the ones who have booked and paid.

Overall my visits here have been good, although this time they didn't get the colour I chose right but that just meant I had to show them again. They do a good job - one thing I do hate though is that they use their nails to wipe off varnish down the sides of my nails.
