My nails are fine but not amazing - they've got a few bumps etc on them and are a bit streaky. The branch in battersea is much better than this. Only good thing really was that it was quick.

The waxing was not thorough, and there were two technicians at the same time, as they seemed to be training someone. This made the situation far more uncomfortable and painful than it needed to be. Will not return
