Good service, walked straight in for my appointment and was seen straight away. The quality of the overlays were good, first time getting them and I was happy. The only thing which lowered my score was the lack of communication, having paid on the Treatwell website beforehand I was offered a shellac colour on top of my overlays. I agreed and was no told this would be at an extra cost to what I had already paid so I ended up paying the same amount on top of what I had already paid! This was communicated to me after my treatment had finished and I was really quite annoyed by it- hence my 2 star rating on the value for this occasion.
