Whilst I still like this place and will return, this experience was not as good as my first. Admittedly my Mum and I were there up until nail 'rush hour' on a Friday afternoon/evening but still. We were passed around a lot and there was a lady both waxing and doing nails who is irritatingly brusque though she does her craft well so we let it go. This is the closest venue I have found that does Chrome nails. The first time I got these done they lasted largely intact for 4 weeks, this time they chipped the next day which I am not happy about since I absolutely love the colour and can only conclude that the process was rushed this time due to the amount of people waiting to be served. The customer service needs to be a consistent experience each time.
