Even though I booked an appointment I had to wait an hour to be seen. This has happened on numerous occasions. So I won't be returning. Better to pay to be seen at the time you book.
The staff are lovely but i've given 1 star due to the manager who is in charge of bookings clearly doesn't value that customers time is equally important. No discount was given or any compensation even though I expressed how upset I was. I would have left had I not prepaid through treatwell.

Great treatments staff and saloon. Only negative is extremely busy so expect to be there longer than expected. This said will definitely use this saloon again..

the place is expensive in comparison on nail salons down the road on tooting. but the place is clean and the service is good. with another deal I would go back
