I had to wait 45 mins for my treatments, despite having an appointment booked. It seems I came in right at their busiest time on a Saturday but that shouldn't matter if I have an appointment, and others were waiting too. Manicure and pedicure were both great and fast once I was seated..

it was really busy and the staff seemed quite stressed, didnt make a note of what colour i wanted and then insinuated it was my fault... all quite hectic but the pedi itself was ok.
