Quite a wait on arrival, generally felt manic and overbooked. Chose several colours from the wide range but none were available, it got embarrassing as it looked like I was being fussy by the end. Finally got onto the manicure which ended up ok, not much cuticle work but I guess you get what you pay for. Ended up being chased down the street as they didn't realise I paid online. Not the best experience so I won't be returning.

My visit was lovely apart from the fact they were running late, the woman who waxes makes sure you are okay, overall the staff in the shop are wonderful making your experience lovely
