I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen and I was worried because I was on a lunch break. However, the treatment was fabulous and the lady who did my nails was excellent

I arrived on time only to find out that they didn't register my schedule at all (which was done via Treatwell). Having pre ordered a mani-pedi I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done in time before they shut (worse of all, if they rushed!) One kind beautician started soaking my feet in the tub and left me alone literally for 30 mins (I took my feet out in 10 mins since they were getting all wrinky) - it was about 35 mins in they finally got started and told me that the system "messed up" and they were short of girls that day. I had to wait for another 10 mins before they got someone else to help with my manicure. Overall - I was pleased with the result but just be prepared for rushed service.
